Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BizGrip (the “Service”) — the mobile app, desktop Bridge, and cloud API operated by BizGrip (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BizGrip mirrors data from your TallyPrime installation to a secure cloud so you can view dashboards and create vouchers, E-Way Bills and E-Invoices from your phone. Your TallyPrime remains on your own computer; we do not host or operate Tally on your behalf.

2. Accounts & users

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Each plan permits a fixed number of app-user logins and devices as shown on the pricing page.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.

3. Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed annually in advance. Prices are shown in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated.
A free trial may be offered; unless cancelled, access ends when the trial expires or when you purchase a plan.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to breach security, reverse-engineer the software, resell access without authorisation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you sync from Tally and for your GST filings.

6. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features such as E-Way Bill and E-Invoice depend on third-party GST systems and their availability.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
