Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BizGrip collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — owner name, email, mobile number, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Business data — the Tally data your desktop Bridge syncs (ledgers, vouchers, stock, reports) so it can be shown in the app.
• Device & usage — bridge machine identifiers, app version, and basic activity needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Payments — processed by Razorpay; we receive confirmation and plan details but not your full card number.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service — mirror your Tally data and serve it to your devices.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To provide support and to secure and improve the Service.

3. Where your data lives

Your TallyPrime stays on your own computer and is never exposed to the internet. The Bridge pushes an encrypted mirror to our cloud, which the app reads. Data is stored on secured servers with access controls.

4. Third-party services

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Firebase — authentication.
• Fynamics (GSP) — E-Way Bill and E-Invoice generation, where you use those features.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies to deliver their part of the Service.

5. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. On account closure we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and per-account isolation. No system is perfectly secure; please protect your credentials.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
