Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in BizGrip. This policy explains trials, refunds and cancellations.

1. Free trial

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and can stop anytime.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a paid plan and are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of payment for a full refund. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@bizgrip.in from your registered email with your account details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time except under the 7-day guarantee above.

5. Upgrades

When you upgrade to a higher plan, you pay only the difference for the remaining period.
